Location information: The conference in-person will be taking place in the ENR2 Building (1064 E Lowell St, Tucson, AZ 85719) on campus in Room S107, and both days will close out just down the block at Highland Commons (1224 E Lowell St, Tucson, AZ 85719) in the courtyard. The conference online will be on the same Zoom link for both days, we will resend out the link information the day before & day-of for the conference. You can choose to attend in-person or online, even if you did not initially register that way.
Accessibility Information:
Physical Access: Both the ENR2 Building and Highland Commons are physically accessible. There are accessible bathrooms in both building locations, as well as gender neutral bathrooms. We will have signage and staff day-of to help with navigation. We will also be moving from the ENR2 building to Highland Commons on both days of the conference. If you will need assistance with this, we are working to coordinate our Disability Golf cart. Please email me if this service would be needed for you.
Communication Access: We will have CART and ASL provided for the full conference in-person and online.
Visual Access: We will be providing access to presentation materials in screen reader compatible formats ahead of the conference.
Scent access: We ask that all presenters & attendees wear no scents or low-scent for the event.
Food: We will have vegan, gluten free, nut free, dairy free, and also meat (chicken) food options provided. All allergens will be noted. If you have listed any additional allergens or dietary restrictions, I will follow up with you next week, as we are working to coordinate separate meal boxes with catering that will be set aside.
Mask information: We ask that all in-person attendees and presenters wear a mask while indoors. We will have masks provided. This is not a requirement if this would impair communication access, or for other access barriers.
Parking: The closest parking garage is 6th street garage off of 6th street and highland. There are also numerous bus stops that stop close to our location. The closest being the 3, 6, and 109X. The sun link street car will also bring you close to ENR2 and Highland Commons
